Anne Woodcock has organised a ladies salmon charity day on the River Tweed, Tuesday 30th July. The day is open to ladies who would like to try salmon fishing to experienced female anglers who are wishing to improve their casting, river craft whilst fishing for salmon on the River Tweed. The day will also raise money for breast cancer charity Casting For Recovery UK & Ireland. Read More
This year the club are holding salmon events in Scotland and England to encourage more people to try the art of fly fishing for salmon using a double handed rod.
We have listened to club member requests and we will be holding a series of afternoon salmon workshops from March until May at the following venues, Chatton Trout Fishery (women only places ) and Witton Castle Lakes – (places for men available)
