Ladies Fishing have been asked by the Durham Branch of the Women’s Institute to organise an evenings introduction to fly fishing for their members on Wednesday 8th June at Aldin Grange Fishery, Bearpark, Durham. This event including tuition and equipment has been provided free of charge for the WI by Ladies Fishing.

The WI are the largest women’s organisation in the UK with 205,000 members across 6,500 WIs. They play a unique role providing women with educational opportunities and the chance to build new skills and take part in a wide variety of activities. Read More

Ladies Fishing coaches will be assisting at the game event which will be held at Witton Castle Lakes on Wednesday 22nd June.

Last year due to bad weather we had to cancel our first Shark Fishing Experience, this has now been rescheduled for June. This week one of our ladies has had to drop out, so there is now a place free.
