Great Weekend at Glasgow Angling Centre
Five members of Ladies Fishing attended the Glasgow Angling Centre, open weekend, chatting to fellow anglers about fishing, fly dressing and raising money for Casting for Recovery UK & Ireland and Get Hooked on Fishing.
We have had a fabulous time and would like to thank the generosity of Glasgow Angling Centre, its customers and exhibitors for exceeding our target, raising £450 for two worthy charities.
Jan says ‘Big thanks to everyone who donated prizes and participated in our tombola to raise money for very good causes. Also thanks to everyone we spoke to, you helped make our weekend a very exciting and memorable time’.
Ladies Fishing coaches would like to thank Alison, Janice and Matthew for giving up their weekend to promote Ladies Fishing.
