Another great day at Chatton Trout Fishery
Tactics were floating lines using tiny drys, emergers and cdc’s to tempt the suface feeding trout. Marion landed her first fish of the day just before lunch on a cdc.
Paul Little demonstrated the circle c, including fault finding and line presentation. The session will be put to good use during week as some of the ladies are off fishing the Tweed and Tyne.

Comments from the ladies…
Dawn Dixon: ‘its been another lovely day with Anne and the rest of Ladies Fishing up at Chatton Fishery. I didn’t catch anything, but had fun with dry flies on the top of the water, our new lady Janice scored again which is great… so I think she is really hooked now !
An afternoon double handed Spey casting practice with Paul Little I think the moves just might have finally sunk in to this old brain today … thanks Paul’
Janice Robinson: ‘Thanks to everyone for another great day, cheers x’
Marion Matthewman: ‘Well done Janice, cheers for another enjoyable day xx’
