Environment Agency Free Taster Days across the North East, introduce their female coaches.
The environment agency from July are holding free taster days for people interested in learning the art of fly fishing. This year the coaches ladies from ladies fishing in the North East have volunteered to help on their tasters days.
Colin Thrower EA Event Manager said “We are keen to promote fly fishing across the North East to families, having the ladies from ladies fishing and Richard Woods the youngest qualified coach in the UK at 18 involved we hope to encourage people of all ages to come and try our free taster days”
The taster sessions are held at fisheries and rivers across the North East.
This Sunday 11th July, Sarah and Fupi will be working with the Environment Agency on the Corbridge Anglers open day. The Tyne Rivers Trust and AAPGAI Master Jim Fearn are attending. This event is open to everyone and is Free, so come along and try fly fishing with the Enviroment Agency GAIA qualified casting instructors and level 1 & 2 coaches
