International Women’s Day is to celebrate the social, economic and political achievements of women. Carole-ann Osborne is the manager of the Seafood Training Centre based at North Shields where she manages a variety of courses for the sea fishing industry. She is offering 3 lucky ladies the chance to spend the morning of 12th March with herself at the centre. The 3 hour filleting course is aimed at all anglers and fishermen, particulary those fishing for a hobby. It covers gutting and filleting a variety of fish, including one to one tuition with the centres senior filleting manager.
