Choose a product that you can stand to wear and that will stay put for the long haul. A survey conducted by Which? Magazine tested 14 of the best-selling sun creams, which claimed to offer a sun protection factor (SPF) of 15.
It found that only five of them met its standards.

Ladies Fishing are holding two salmon fishing events on The Newtyle Beat, River Tay Monday 31st of May and Tuesday 1st June to raise money for the unique fly fishing programme, Casting for Recovery, for women who have, or have had breast cancer.

The Sandy River Spey Clave and The Fly Fishing Shop in Welches, Oregon hosted the 2nd annual ladies day at the Sandy River Spey Clave May 14th. This was be the tenth year of the clave on the River Spey Clave and the Ladies Day was a unique opportunity to see a group of accomplished woman anglers talk about fishing and casting. Ladies new to the sport or wishing to improve their skills of steelhead fishing enjoyed casting sessions and guidance on the double handed rod from fellow “steelhead chicks”
