Ladies Fishing Spring Into Action At The Glasgow Angling Open Weekend Saturday 7th March.
This FREE one day ladies event is suitable for the complete beginner to those ladies wishing to improve. Anne will be joined by angling celebrities in salmon and trout fishing during the day. If you are looking to try fly fishing its a great way to learn the basics. If you are a seasoned female angler you have the opportunity to chat with the experts in attendance.

Morning Session – Introduction to Salmon:
Anne is joined by Gary Scott who is recognised as one of the finest fly casters in the world today with experience around the world in all aspects of game angling. Gary was part of the five man Scottish team who were crowned World Champions at the World Emerald Masters in Ireland.
Meet at Glasgow Angling Centre reception/entrance for 9.15. Course starts at 9.30am to 12pm.
Afternoon Session – Introduction to Trout:
Anne is joined by England lady Phillippa Hake and Paul Little, who is probably best known for his outstanding skills in the dressing of classic salmon flies, a talent that he shares with other anglers through the master classes he gives around the world. However, he is also an AAPGAI Master casting instructor.
Meet at Glasgow Angling Centre reception/entrance for 1.15pm. Course starts at 1.30pm to 4pm.

I’m running 2 courses – morning for salmon afternoon for trout. If you want to come to both you will need to let me know as I am running them as individual events.
